Common Questions
Answers to questions we hear most from prospective partners and clients.
-
We aim to respond to all initial enquiries within 2 business days. For urgent matters (such as outbreak support or time-sensitive government requests), please indicate this in your subject line and we will prioritise accordingly.
-
CSEIR works across the institutional spectrum: from national health ministries and multilateral bodies to community-based organisations and academic institutions. We assess each engagement on its public health merit and contextual fit, not solely on the size of the contracting partner.
-
Yes. We offer project-based engagements with clearly defined scopes, timelines, and deliverables, alongside longer-term embedded technical assistance and advisory retainer arrangements. A short-term project is often the starting point for a broader institutional relationship.
-
All client engagements are governed by confidentiality agreements as standard. Data handling follows our institutional Data Governance Policy, which is aligned with the African Union Data Policy Framework and GDPR principles. Client information is never shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
-
Through CSEIR's Social Investment Arm, a portion of surplus from commercial engagements is reinvested into subsidised or pro-bono technical assistance for under-resourced national programmes and community health initiatives. If your organisation operates in a resource-constrained context, please mention this in your enquiry and we will explore what is possible.
